Meeting was held via ZOOM 

ICE BREAKER QUESTION:  What are you interested in that most people haven't heard of or are not into?

Each member got approximately 2 minutes to answer the question.

Meeting was non-structured

Each member was given the chance to discuss what they were going through

Some members shared what was working for them

Some members discussed at-home testing they found helpful for gut-biome information. They alter their diet according to the results and have been feeling better

One member started a new part-time job and discussed the journey from bed-to-couch to finally getting life back on the proper treatment for them

Members discuss the importance of "giving back" in some small way through volunteer work etc... and that the pay-off was a good bump up in wellness
