Date of Meeting: 1/26/22

At January's meeting, we had general sharing where each one of us talked about how we were feeling, what issues we were dealing with and members that have been coming for a while shared their experience with certain therapies, web sites  they found helpful and nutritional information they found healing with our newer member. Each member also shared on how they dealt with the holidays. 

We also talked about trauma and how that can be a precursor to autoimmune conditions.  

One of our members shared information on a free webinar by Dr. Aimie of Trauma Healing Accelerated on Emotions that can Cause Autoimmunity.  Her web site is: https://draimie.com.  She also shared the name of Irene Lyon who just released a YouTube video on 'How to be with What we are Feeling and Sensing in the Current Moment'.
